Briggs & Stratton partners with FEI to offer you resources 24/7 to help you achieve a greater work-life balance and overall health and well-being. Consultations and referrals are available for a wide range of personal issues including mental health, personal development, financial, legal, parenting, relationships, stress, substance abuse, nutrition and much more. These services are available to full-time and part-time employees, and family members covered under the Briggs & Stratton health plan.
Employee Assistance Program benefit provides up to 5 in-person visits per incident covered in full per eligible individual.
Legal or Financial Consultation benefits provides for one telephone consultation and/or in-person 30 minute consultation per legal matter with no limit on the number of different legal matters; and one consultation per financial matter with no limit on the number of financial issues.
Work-Life Service benefits provide unlimited telephone consultation and referral for dependent care issues, including child care/parenting, adoption, educational resources, dependent adult and elder care.
Managers and Supervisors have unlimited telephone consultation available for employee job performance or workplace issues.
To access your new member portal, you will need to create a new account. Here’s how:
- Please visit https://myassistanceprogram.com/fei/
- At the top right of that page, please click “Select Portal & App” to access the pull-down menu. Please select “Member Portal & App.”
- You will be directed to the Log In page. At the top right, you will find a box that says, “Create a new account with your company code.” Please click on the “Sign Up” button.
- You will be directed to a new page where you can enter your company code. You will find this code on the one-page brochure attached, in the upper left section. Once you enter your code, will be directed to enter your email address and username.
